Meet Grace Letter
Dear Uncle James and all of the family,
- I’m writing to introduce myself before I come to Scotland to meet you all. As you know, I’m your second cousin Catherine’s daughter. I understand you ==lost touch with my mum when she moved to England with my grandparents==, but I’m really excited to get to know you all better and develop a relationship with you.
- Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I’m an only child and I get on with my parents very well. I settled down in Manchester after I graduated from university, and I’ve lived here for nine years now. I absolutely love it! I have been working as a teacher at the local college for six years, and I also work as a photographer on the side. That’s my true passion!
- The college where I work recently offered me the chance to take a six-month sabbatical and I jumped at the chance! I can’t wait to meet you all and learn more about you.

I have been using agentic tools for a while
Uh well, first of all, um I guess like as many of you I’ve been using agentic tools like Alpha code adjacent things uh for a while, maybe over the last year as it came out. And it was very good at, you know, chunks of code. And sometimes it would mess up and you have to edit them, and it was kind of helpful. And then I would say December was this uh clear point where for me uh I was on a break, so I had a bit more time. I think many other people were similar. And uh I just start to notice that with the latest models uh the chunks just came out fine. And then I kept asking for more, and just came out fine. And then I can’t remember the last time I corrected it.

Open Claw Installation is a copy paste of text for your agent
And actually the OpenClaw installation is a is a copy-paste of a bunch of text that you’re supposed to give to your agent. Uh so, basically it’s it’s a little skill of uh you know, copy-paste this and give it to your agent and it will install OpenClaw. And the reason this is a lot more powerful is you’re working now in the software 3.0 paradigm where you don’t have to precisely uh spell out, you know, all the individual details of that setup. The agent has its own intelligence that it packages up and then it kind of like follows the instructions and it looks at your environment, your computer, and it kind of like performs intelligent actions to make things work and debugs things in the loop.

Blue Ocean Tools templates
Use of Blue Ocean tools to describe your business idea is mandatory. While it is not mandatory to use all the blue ocean tools below, to have a chance at winning the Blue Ocean Student Entrepreneur Competition, you should use the Strategy Canvas, the Three Tiers of Noncustomers, and the Eliminate-Reduce-Raise-Create Grid well. It is better to use fewer tools very well than all the tools poorly. Register for the competition to receive access to the Blue Ocean Student Entrepreneur Mini-Course, where you’ll learn how to use the blue ocean tools.
The As-Is Strategy Canvas
Section titled “The As-Is Strategy Canvas”Use the As-Is Strategy Canvas to describe the current industry landscape and the red ocean scenario. Draw the major competitors on the strategy canvas.
The Buyer Utility Map
Section titled “The Buyer Utility Map”Use the Buyer Utility Map to identify hidden pain points in an industry and create new demand. Address some of the pain points to create exceptional utility for the buyers.
The Three Tiers of Noncustomers
Section titled “The Three Tiers of Noncustomers”Use the Three Tiers of Noncustomers to describe your target market. Rather than focusing on fighting over the existing pool of customers, discover potential noncustomers for your product or service offering.

Section titled “The To-Be Strategy Canvas”Use the To-Be Strategy Canvas to show how your product or service offering is differentiated from the competition. Have a compelling tagline that clearly describes the value proposition of your blue ocean business idea.
